I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The location is fantastic, being a short walk from downtown and key attractions, which I appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was a major letdown—there was a lack of responsiveness from the staff when I had issues. I had a great stay at the Garden South Park Inn, especially during a family emergency. The location right across from the hospital was perfect for us, and the compassionate rate helped ease our financial burden.
